Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth functioning of mechanical equipment in the foundry, including furnaces, molding machines, conveyors, and casting equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in foundry operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance regulations.
• Work closely with the production team to enhance machine efficiency and productivity.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records and reports.
