1. Perform routine maintenance, BD repair, and servicing of food manufacturing machinery and utility systems. 2. Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and carry out corrective actions to minimize downtime. 3. Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and calibration of equipment. 4. Support production teams by ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. 5. Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records. 6. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards during maintenance activities. 7. Work closely with electrical, instrumentation, and production teams to resolve technical issues. 8. Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement activities.
