Develop High-Quality Drawings: Prepare accurate and detailed MEP Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) for landscaping, irrigation, swimming pools, and water feature projects (Civil & MEP), ensuring compliance with international drafting standards.
Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with the Design Manager to transform rough sketches, concepts, and specifications into fully developed technical drawings and design development plans.
Review and Revise: Analyze sketches, project specifications, and related technical data to ensure feasibility and compliance with project objectives. Revise and enhance drawings to reflect project updates and changes.
Submittal Preparation: Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of technical submittals, ensuring they meet client and consultant requirements.
Quantity Take-Offs: Conduct precise quantity take-offs and material estimations for project components to support procurement and planning activities.
Quality Assurance: Maintain consistency and quality across all drawings, adhering to international standards, company protocols, and project specifications.
