Job Purpose : To provide 24/7 first-level monitoring and support for payment transaction systems, ensuring real-time alert response and initial incident handling to maintain system availability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Monitor dashboards and alerts for payment gateways, transaction flows, servers, and network infrastructure
· Perform initial diagnosis and basic troubleshooting of alerts related to transaction failures, latency spikes, or system errors.
· Escalate unresolved incidents to L2/L3 support teams following predefined runbooks and escalation matrices.
· Document all incidents, actions taken, and communications accurately in ticketing systems
· Conduct routine checks to ensure processing integrity.
· Support compliance monitoring by verifying logs, access alerts, and reporting any anomalies
· Assist in maintaining and update dashboards, acknowledge alerts, and validate alert rules under supervision.
