- Liaise with local authorities, governmental departments, and regulatory bodies to secure the necessary NOCs for ongoing projects.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of all required documentation, permits, drawings, and approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local construction regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
- Track the approval process of all NOCs and ensure that they are obtained within the designated timelines.
- Conduct site inspections (if necessary) to confirm that the project complies with required permits and regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or revisions requested by the authorities during the NOC process.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of all NOC applications, approvals, and communications with authorities.
- Renew NOCs for ongoing projects and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
