Business Development & Sales
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop new business opportunities by targeting consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users.
- Drive brand penetration and awareness across the KSA market.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues in coordination with the technical support team.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to management on product positioning and competitive pricing strategies.
Operational & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and update CRM with all leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Provide monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and business reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, technical support) to ensure smooth order execution.
