1) Operational Management

· Oversee daily waste management operations, including skip loader, hook-loader, and compactor activities.

· Ensure timely collection, transportation and disposal of waste as per customer schedules.

· Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure compliance with trip sheet and time sheet procedures.

· Coordinate with the workshop for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

· Verify trip sheets, time sheets and job orders for accuracy before submission to Accounts.
