- Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential customers, including contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Promote and sell tiles, sanitary ware, and related products to retail and corporate clients.
- Visit construction sites, client offices, and project sites to showcase products and close sales.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the showroom’s offerings.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for product samples, quotations, and delivery scheduling.
- Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and payment plans in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights for sales strategy improvements.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Must have a valid driving license to facilitate client visits and product deliveries.
