  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees, including salaries, bonuses, and deductions, while adhering to legal requirements.
  • Maintain payroll records by collecting, calculating, and entering data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Perform regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively, safeguarding against errors and potential penalties.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports, summarizing payroll expenditures and providing insights for budgeting and financial analysis.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and labor laws to ensure payroll processes remain compliant and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure employee records are accurate and complete, facilitating smooth payroll operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end reports, including W-2s and 1099s, ensuring all forms are accurate and timely submitted.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, providing clear and helpful guidance to resolve concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance and accounting, to ensure seamless integration of payroll data into financial reports.
