Job Description :

The Revenue Cycle Management Department Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle management processes for physicians within the organization. This includes ensuring accurate billing, efficient claims processing, and effective communication with payers and patients.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue cycle management process.
• Oversee the billing and coding functions, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.
• Manage relationships with payers and resolve billing disputes and denials.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue cycle management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and develop staff members within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Answer all client s inquiries and requests in an efficient and timely manner
