- Conduct detailed schedule analysis, identifying critical paths, and potential delays, proactively proposing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, variances, and risks, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to integrate their inputs into the project schedule, ensuring alignment and realistic planning.
