Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planning Engineer to join our team at

1000 Walls. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in planning and

scheduling, with strong proficiency in project management software tools. Candidates with a

construction company background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, monitor, and update project schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.

● Collaborate with project teams to identify key milestones and critical paths.

● Analyze project progress and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

● Use MS Project (MSP), Primavera, and Power BI to track performance metrics and

prepare data visualizations.

● Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation documents.

● Identify risks or delays and recommend corrective actions to maintain project

timelines.

● Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of

the project plan.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or related field preferred).

● 1-2 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in the

construction industry.

● Proficiency in MS Project (MSP), Primavera, and Power BI is mandatory.

● Strong analytical and organizational skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

● Experience in working with construction projects or a fit-out background.
