Conduct thorough examinations of the foot and lower limb to identify conditions such as deformities, infections, injuries, and diseases.
Diagnose and treat foot and ankle disorders (e.g., bunions, heel pain, flat feet, ingrown toenails, diabetic foot complications).
Perform minor surgical procedures when required.
Prescribe orthotics, footwear advice, physiotherapy, and medications.
Manage diabetic foot care, wound care, and ulcer management.
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
Educate patients on foot health, preventive care, and post-procedure instructions.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Participate in quality improvement and clinical audits.
Ensure compliance with clinical safety and infection control standards.
