We are looking a strategic and hands-on Portfolio Marketing Lead from a core FMCG background with strong experience in end-to-end brand building from a core FMCG background with strong experience in end-to-end brand building and category management. . This role requires hands-on ownership of end-to-end brand management — from strategy and positioning to campaign execution, performance tracking, and portfolio growth. The role will be responsible for managing the brand along with its categories, ensuring long-term brand equity, growth, and consumer relevance. The ideal candidate should have managed brands holistically — including brand strategy, positioning, consumer marketing, and category growth — and not be limited to trade marketing, in-store execution, or sales-driven distribution roles. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams and creative/media agencies to ensure brand consistency, growth, and strong market presence. The role also requires strong project management capability to manage multiple product categories, launches, and brand initiatives simultaneously.
