Operator / Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge & experience in powder coating line

procedure and processes.

• Knowledge in the chemical mixture, such as degreasing

& iron phosphate mixture with tap water. • Able to make chemical testing report.

• Ability to do powder coating quality testing such as
scratch test, impact thickness test, Visual check etc.
• Knowledge in operation & setup of electrostatic powder
coating spray equipment, curing oven & dry oven.
• Visually and mechanically check finished items for pin
holes, runs, bare spots, proper coverage. Refinish and
touchup as required.

• Ensure the proper movement of finished goods to

inspection or shipping area, Cleaning & maintenance of
spray application equipment, booths filters, protective
clothing & equipment according to established
practices.

• Ensure needed painting & coating supplies are on hand.
• Maintains safe & clean work environment by educating

and directing personnel on the use of all control points,
equipment & maintaining compliance with established
policies & procedures.

• Promote Safety at work and outside work at all times.
