• Review the tender Documents, drawings, Specifications and vendor list etc.

• Prepare BOQ, proposals, and cost sheet and assist in the preparation and submission of proposals.
• To ensure RFPs are properly evaluated, RFl's raised, and technical queries are clarified well before the submission of proposals.

• To ensure proper documentation is done and able to demonstrate solutions through Methodology, block diagrams, schematics, Interface Control Documents, and proper review of shop drawings.

• To perform detailed site surveys, and participate in pre and post-bid meetings.

• Preparation of material submittal based on the proposed solution, able to give the technical presentation.

• Support the technical team for executing the projects on time

• Attend meetings with customers to gather requirements/proposal reviews

• Prior Experience in Offering complete Infrastructure solutions. Product Expertise in - Networking, Unified Communication(UCC), Telephony, Security, Storage, ICT cabling Infrastructure solution
