Develop and present ICT and telecommunications solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
Conduct site surveys and technical assessments
Provide technical support and consultation during pre-sales activities.
Engage in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to establish credibility and build strong relationships, ensuring their technical needs are met.
Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user guides.
Support during the bidding process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs with detailed technical responses.
Work closely with Assistant GM and GM to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.
