Job Description (in brief):

Shall be responsible for:

· Conversant with the Engineering Standards such as API, NFPA, ASME and Client Standards such as ADNOC Onshore, ADNOC Gas Processing etc.

· Good experience in Oil & Gas industry with basic knowledge of Engineering Software e.g. HYSYS, PIPENET, PIPESIM, FLARESIM, FLARENET etc.

· Review of Process Deliverables to ensure the quality of documents and to make sure project scope is well addressed.

· Review of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P&ID, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, Control Philosophies, Shutdown Philosophies, HSE Studies & Reports, Operation Manuals etc. and providing necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.

· Involvement in Technical Meetings with Client, Engineering Subcontractor and Vendors to figure out the outstanding issues.

· Ensuring Planned Engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverables by coordinating with Engineering Subcontractor.

· Support in Preparation & Issuance of RFQs, evaluation of vendor’s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis etc.

· Review of vendor’s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications and calculations.
