We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Admin Support professional with expertise in SAP to assist our procurement team. The role focuses on managing supplier relationships, processing purchase orders, and ensuring smooth procurement operations.

• Purchase Order Management: Create, track, and update POs in SAP, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Vendor Management: Maintain vendor records, manage inquiries, and support vendor selection and performance tracking.
• Inventory Monitoring: Assist in stock level monitoring, inventory checks, and reconciliations.
• Invoice Processing: Ensure accurate invoice documentation and payments, collaborating with finance to resolve discrepancies.
• Procurement Reporting: Generate reports and analyse SAP data for cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all procurement activities comply with policies and maintain organized records.
