Job Role:
The role is responsible for coordinating the procurement activities ensuring that the company’s purchasing needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively including documents processing through Company ERP system. The position is conversant with the Company’s Procurement Policies.
Your Tasks:
Responsible for all procurement and the procurement process using Company ERP Software.
Maintains all the information on projects relating to scope, budget, schedules, actuals/estimate costs data, including overview of procurement status requiring DMs’ intervention/decision.
Receives “Requisitions”, secures competitive quotes from vendors, prepares quote comparative sheet for APM (according to the authority matrix) review and selection of Vendor for order placement, raises LPO and processes through the supplier for action.
Follows up on pending LPO deliveries, maintains all records relating to “Purchase”.
Maintains list of supplier goods ordered,
Responsible for report generation, KPI’s on procurement for tracking and improvement purposes.
Prepares maintains documentation records and for materials/equipment taken outside of terminal for repairs.
Maintains custom records relating all non-oil related imports like terminal assets, spares and consumables.
Carries out any other reasonable duties as requested.
Qualification:
Higher education certification, preferably Engineering related or any Graduation.
Minimum of 3 years in experience in procurement supply chain, or a related field.
Strong negotiation & communication.
Skills:
collates/reviews this information with APM/DMs for negotiation with supplier(s) for improved terms.
Familiar with the Terminal IMS and all activities undertaken shall be in line with QHSE guidelines and company policies.
(Fluency in written/spoken English)
Working experience on SAP preferably
