Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, procurement, logistics, and project teams to track and expedite purchase orders, ensuring schedule adherence and resolving potential delays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and warehouse teams to monitor shipping schedules and track deliveries.
• Identify potential delays and proactively initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain and update expediting reports, dashboards, and records in the procurement system.
• Liaise with engineering, project control, and construction teams to align material delivery with project timelines.
• Escalate critical issues to procurement managers and support resolution efforts.
• Perform vendor performance evaluations related to delivery and responsiveness.
• Participate in supplier meetings and progress reviews as required.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project-specific requirements.
