The Meat Procurement Manager is responsible for purchasing and managing the supply of meat products such as beef, lamb, poultry, and seafood. The role ensures the company receives quality products at competitive prices while maintaining reliable supply and compliance with food safety and halal standards.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
Purchase meat products from approved local and international suppliers.
Maintain continuous supply to meet company demand.
Identify and develop new suppliers.
Supplier Management
Build strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.
Monitor supplier performance.
Cost Control
Monitor global meat market prices.
Compare supplier prices and control procurement costs.
Support company profitability through cost-efficient purchasing.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all products meet quality, food safety, and halal standards.
Verify supplier certifications and documentation.
Work closely with quality assurance and warehouse teams.
Import & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with import regulations in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Bahrain.
Verify documents.
Inventory & Planning
Coordinate with sales, warehouse and demand planning teams.
Maintain optimal stock levels and monitor shelf life.
