Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the chemical production facility
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Train and mentor production staff on best practices and safety protocols
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and productivity
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of production equipment
• Assist in making production batches as per the formula
• Assist in making products and samples as required
• Maintain batch records and relevant production records
• Maintain production area as per health and safety standards
