- Monitor the production line to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Execute the day-to-day production plan.
- Making of production operator check sheet & blending batch sheet
- Ensure that production meets quality standards and that production targets are met within the given timeframe.
- Schedule, assign tasks supervise production workers and oversee the production process.
- Preparing and submitting daily production reports.
- Filling line quality and quantity verification
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of incidents as and when required.
- Conduct regular audits and walk around to review the potential losses in the areas of responsibility.
- Report near misses, incidents, hazards & injuries to the line Manager within the time frame as required by QHSE policy and Manuals.
- Ensure machine maintenance schedules are kept up to date and carried out
