Role Overview: The Project Engineer - Finishes and Fitout will oversee and manage the finishing and fitout works for high-end luxury residential projects. The role is highly specialized, focusing on delivering top-tier finishes, ensuring precision in every detail, and working closely with contractors and specialist teams to maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

1. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for luxury finishes and fitout, providing expert guidance to teams to ensure high-precision execution.
2. Lead the implementation of finishing and fitout works, ensuring alignment with project plans, luxury design requirements, and client expectations.
3. Coordinate with project managers, and specialist contractors (e.g., joinery, MEP, marble, luxury fittings) to meet project milestones.
4. Supervise and manage specialist subcontractors responsible for finishes, fitouts, and high-end detailing, ensuring the quality of workmanship.
5. Ensure exceptional attention to detail, particularly in areas such as marble, woodwork, luxury fittings, and bespoke elements.
6. Develop and implement strategies to optimize labor productivity, while maintaining the highest standards of quality for luxury finishes.
7. Maintain rigorous quality control procedures, ensuring that all work meets the luxury standards required in high-end residential villas.
8. Verify the quality and quantity of materials received, ensuring compliance with specifications and luxury project requirements.
9. Collaborate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of high-end materials (e.g., custom finishes, marble, luxury tiles).
10. Prepare comprehensive progress reports and project updates, communicating effectively with stakeholders, especially for any deviations related to finishes.
11. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, particularly during fitout and installation phases.
