- Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years
- Must hold a valid Engineer Practicing License
- Familiar with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) and other authority approval processes (e.g., ADDC, Civil Defense, Estidama)
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and main contractors
- Capable of preparing submittals, WIRs, and handling site inspections
- Strong in project documentation, reporting, and site supervision
