• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure smooth project flow.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
• Oversee site mobilization, workflow sequencing, and quality control processes.

2. Site Management

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and safety compliance.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to prevent delays.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees).

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

• Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
• Approve material requisitions and track delivery timelines.
• Prepare and review BOQs, variation orders, and payment applications.

4. Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Provide regular progress updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Manage client expectations and address concerns in a timely manner.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and laborers.
• Conduct coordination meetings with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative working environment.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all works comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Maintain proper documentation for inspections, permits, and handovers.
• Implement company policies, quality management systems, and industry best practices.
