The service provider will have following roles and responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of projects, meeting scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
Experience of managing projects in a Telco Domain including but not limited to BSS / OSS Stacks
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Provide clear direction and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Mentor and coach team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Proactively address issues and challenges that may impact project delivery.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
Implement and monitor project management methodologies and processes.
Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
Collaborate with resource managers to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Deelop and manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial goals are met.
Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Leverage PMP and Scrum methodologies to drive project success.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and incorporate them into project management processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.
