Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years of experience in project management or field work teams.

Proficiency in coordinating and communicating with government and semi-government entities.

Strong ability to organize data, compile technical reports, and analyze technical reports.

Proven experience in building operations and management (Facility & Property Management).

Preference for candidates with prior experience in housing projects or government building management.
