This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Relations Officer (PRO) at HD Hyundai Marine Solution Middle East.

The PRO will be responsible for handling all government-related processes, including visa applications, labor and immigration matters, license renewals, and communication with various government authorities to ensure legal compliance. Additionally, the PRO will support dispatched employees from Korea (expatriates) to facilitate their relocation and settlement in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Handle and process all employee visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Manage company-related government documentation, including labor cards, Emirates IDs, trade licenses, and other permits.
• Liaise with government departments such as Immigration, Ministry of Labour, JAFZA Authority, and other relevant bodies to ensure timely processing and legal compliance.
• Monitor and ensure the company’s compliance with UAE regulations and labor laws.
• Prepare and submit required letters, forms, and applications for government transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of all PRO-related activities and official documents.
• Provide support to dispatched employees from Korea (expatriates) to facilitate their relocation and settlement in Dubai, including visa processing, Emirates ID issuance, and other administrative assistance.
• Provide updates to internal departments on visa processes, document status, and regulatory changes.
• Support inspections, audits, and compliance checks conducted by relevant authorities.
• Utilize the company vehicle for official external duties and government-related work.
• Perform any other tasks assigned related to government affairs and administrative operations.
