· Responsible for PWPS/PQR/WPS

· Responsible for Welder examination

· Manage and assign welding inspector, responsible for project welding document ,solve welding problems

· Complete the responsibilities of welding QC engineer in the project

· Coordinate NDE subcontractors to complete NDE work

· Review the welded parts of the pressure test package.

· Responsible for the preparation and getting client approval of Method Statements, ITP’s, MAR Quality Control

Procedures, etc. in accordance with contract specifications and AGES.

· Implement Project quality plan, inspection & Test plan, procedures and work instructions in the project.

· Preparation of daily/ Weekly and Monthly quality reports and submission to client.

· Review of inspection and testing methods and procedures for Radiographic, Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle inspections, etc.

· Complete the tasks arranged by QAQC manager
