•Conduct inspections for all civil and interior fit-out works to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

•Ensure proper coordination and alignment between IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings and ID (Interior Design) details during inspections.

•Review and implement QA/QC procedures to maintain project quality objectives.

•Report non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions.

•Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and QA/QC reports.

•Ensure that all construction activities adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
