We are currently hiring experienced QC Engineers (Metallic & Non-Metallic) for major Oil & Gas projects in the GCC. Candidates must have strong inspection and quality control experience in piping, pipelines, and non-metallic systems within refinery, LNG, petrochemical, or pipeline environments.

Job: QC Engineer (Oil & Gas Projects)

Experience: Minimum 5+ years GCC

• Key Responsibilities – Metallic (Piping / Pipeline)

  • Review and implement ITPs, QCPs, and project QA procedures

  • Inspect metallic piping fabrication and erection works

  • Welding inspection (fit-up, visual, final)

  • Review and control WPS, PQR, WQT

  • Coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, PT, MT)

  • Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic testing

  • Line checking, punch listing, and reinstatement clearance

  • Ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM standards

  • Maintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, and dossiers

• Key Responsibilities – Non-Metallic (HDPE / GRP / GRE)

  • Inspect HDPE / GRP / GRE piping installation and jointing

  • Verify fusion, lamination, and curing procedures

  • Witness pressure testing and leak tests

  • Ensure compliance with approved procedures and manufacturer guidelines

  • Monitor material receiving, storage, and handling

  • Prepare and maintain non-metallic inspection documentation
