• Monitor and inspect plastic products during and after injection moulding production.

• Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks.

• Ensure products meet approved drawings, dimensions, weight, color, and customer

specifications.

• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and rejection reports.

• Identify moulding defects such as shrinkage, warpage, flash, short shots, burn marks, etc.

• Coordinate with production team to resolve process-related issues.

• Check raw materials (virgin, recycled, masterbatch) before production.

• Verify proper material mixing ratios and handling procedures.

• Perform final inspection before dispatch.

• Follow ISO quality standards and company SOPs.

• Support rejection reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
