· Identification, development and commercialization of new opportunities.

· Participating/leading new product development.

· Identification and implementation of ideas for improving quality, productivity and product costing.

· Working with production team for RMs and process improvements.

· Working with cross functional teams as and when required for new product/packaging development, alternative RM qualifications etc.

· Development and validation of experiments to prove product performance, addressing technical issues and problem solving.

· Support pilot and scale up production.

· Implementing product standards, product changes and completion of associated documentation.

· Should be aware of required quality procedures.

· Ability to meet deadlines in timely manner.

· Ability to collaborate with stakeholders for project management.
