- Prepare and present sales agreements, contracts, and necessary paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy in transactions.
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to streamline the buying or selling process.
- Organize and host open houses and promotional events to attract potential buyers and generate interest in listings.
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain an organized database for follow-ups.
