The ideal candidate will have front desk experience, strong patient-handling skills, and knowledge of Aesthetic and basic medical coding. Key Responsibilities: Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and call handling. Perform accurate patient data entry and maintain updated records. Support basic medical coding tasks as required. Provide excellent communication and customer service to patients. Ensure smooth workflow within the clinic and support healthcare staff as needed.
