We are urgently seeking an experienced Marine & Offshore Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for Marine, Offshore, Vessels, and Barge crew roles, ensuring seamless staffing for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for marine and offshore positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of qualified marine and offshore professionals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, and industry networks to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during the hiring process.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future project requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage contract placements.
