HumLog HR is expanding its team and seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter who is enthusiastic about recruiting talent for our clients. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with hiring managers, foster personal career growth, and contribute to our clients success.

We work with clients across all of the UAE with a focus on industries such as: E-commerce, Finance, Insurance, Marketing, Pharmaceutical, F&B, Hotel Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Retail, FMCG, Technology, Healthcare & Automotive.

Responsibilities

Sourcing and Screening:

• Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial interviews, and schedule meetings with hiring managers.

Hiring Support:

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks and extend job offers to successful candidates.

Client & Candidate Relationship Management:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience, acting as a brand representative for the company.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to sustain a robust talent pipeline.

Tracking and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
