Job Details

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in managing recruitment projects and activities.
• Experience in UAE labor laws, and work permit rules and requirements.
• Excellent background in engineering fields recruitment preferably in aviation and/or defense sector if possible.
• Excellent knowledge and background of Emiratization scheme and requirements.
• Excellent experience and knowledge of mass recruitment and recruitment campaigns (locally & internationally overseas).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English).
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent computer and presentation skills.
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.
