What you will do

  • Own the recruitment process – manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring quality hires and reduced cycle times
  • Partner with hiring managers – define roles, set selection criteria, and support effective hiring decisions
  • Engage candidates – guide them through the recruitment journey and deliver an exceptional experience
  • Leverage analytics & technology – use ATS and metrics to optimize sourcing and improve processes
  • Coordinate onboarding & compliance – ensure smooth transitions and accurate documentation aligned with MOH and hospital standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work with departments, agencies, and regulators for effective hiring
  • Apply HR expertise – assess candidate fit and align hires with organizational goals

You will thrive here if you have…

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (PHRi certification preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and recruitment KPIs
  • Healthcare recruitment experience
  • Familiarity with HR Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
