We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Strong sourcing skills, with experience using job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
