Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for roles within the design and construction industry.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment guidance.
• Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and feedback.
• Manage job postings and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, with a proven ability to attract and hire top talent.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
