We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage our end-to-end recruitment process and ensure we attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes: screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and reporting.
• Respond to resourcing inquiries (verbal and written).
• Ensure suitable candidates are recruited for various vacancies.
• Create and maintain a CV database for all company positions.
• Present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
• Conduct interviews to gather information on candidates’ work history, training, and skills.
• Evaluate applicant qualifications according to job descriptions.
• Make hiring recommendations and inform applicants of employment possibilities.
• Conduct reference and background checks.
• Plan and arrange recruitment events, including university outreach.
• Assist with daily resourcing operations.
• Maintain and report on the recruitment tracker.
