Provide remote IT support for business clients
Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets in AutoTask
Support Microsoft 365 users (email, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Manage Azure users, permissions, and basic cloud services
Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, and servers
Configure and support networking devices (Cisco / Meraki)
Support firewall environments including Fortinet
Manage user accounts, security policies, and access permissions
Monitor systems and resolve technical issues remotely
Assist with backup monitoring and general IT maintenance
