- Seating guests in a timely and efficient manner while considering their preferences and the flow of the restaurant.
- Managing the waitlist and accurately estimating wait times for guests.
- Answering phone calls and taking reservations with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Providing guests with menus and answering any questions they may have about the menu or special requests.
- Being knowledgeable about the restaurant's offerings, including daily specials and promotions.
- Assisting with coordinating special events and private parties.
