We have an urgent requirement for Sales Account Manager – exp in sales of CRM and ECM / DMS /BPM for one of our client in Dubai

Experience in  CRM Sales exp is MUST

Experience in in Software sales is MUST

Good knowledge in MS office systems is MUST

Experience in sales of ECM / DMS software  solutions, BPM, document capture, and records management is MUST

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve sales targets.

Identify customer needs and present tailored software solutions, focusing on ECM, DMS, BPM, document capture, and records management systems.

Utilize CRM systems effectively for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to decision-makers.

Create and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and grow revenue streams.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to address customer requirements and enhance client satisfaction.

Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts using MS Office tools.
