This is a full-time on-site role located in KSA for a Sales Account Manager at NIL Data Communications Middle East DMCC.

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction, account management, customer service, lead generation, and effective communication on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

Minimum three years of experience in customer management, account management, and ICT sales with expertise in the following areas:

• Professional Services.

• Managed services.

• Consultancy, and Training.

• Cisco products and services is preferred.

• Technical knowledge in networking and IT is an advantage.
