One of our clients, is a luxury retail brand that deals with memorabilia / collectibles and serves a niche segment of clientele in the GCC region. They are expanding in the region and hence is looking to recruit a dynamic Business Development Manager with strong skills to network with high profile clients and close deals for the company. They would prefer candidates working with luxury brands or investment or trading companies. Office is based at the Financial Harbour in Bahrain.
Ideal candidate would be someone with 2 to 6 years of experience working with luxury brands / products. He or she will have a penchant for spotting business, connect and engage with a niche segment of clientele. Bahrainis are preferred for this role.
• Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome
challenges.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-focused approach.
• Passionate about collectibles, memorabilia, sports, or entertainment, and able to convey
enthusiasm to potential customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
