You will be responsible for identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and driving the successful implementation of BMS projects.


Building Management System (BMS) Sales Engineer

Technical Skills

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical).

BMS Knowledge: Strong understanding of BMS components, HVAC systems, and controls (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, KNX protocols).

Technical Sales Skills: Ability to interpret technical specifications, develop solutions, energy management, IoT integration, and green building standards and create proposals for BMS projects.

Sales Expertise

Experience: 3–5 years in technical sales, preferably in BMS or HVAC industries.

Client Management: Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering sales targets.

Presentation Skills: Ability to present technical solutions effectively to clients and stakeholders.

Negotiation Skills: Experience in preparing and negotiating contracts, tenders, and agreements.
